Antec Plus1080 is the new version of the SX1040 the new one has front ports and a side fan and a 430W power supply. The Plus880 is a smaller case with 6 drive bays. Any of the three would be a good case. Your CPU and motherboard will work in all three cases or any ATX formfactor case(that's what they have formfactors for) Any ATX motherboard is supposed to fit any ATX case and any ATX power supply will plug into any ATX motherboard(except a P4 motherboard needs an ATX+12V or a P4 power supply And a multi-processor board needs an extra 6 pin connector from the PSU) But these are extra connectors in addition to the normal ATX power connector the PSU in these three cases will have them but you will not use them for your MB.

And just about all Antec pwrs are Backward compatable so you can use them with "just" about any Thing made http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif I Have the 1040sx but I like the 1080 Hmmm Never mind I'm just Day Dreaming, I want twenty of them So I can moooooodddddddd to my hearts content.
And let me re-inerate Do not be scared or afraid of building your own computer. Here at these forums you have all the support you'll ever need. All you have to do is ask and someone here has either done it, been there, or can find you a good link! These are a great bunch of People here to have fun & help each other out. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif and after looking at the 1080 link you provided. I see a design flaw, why did they put the flat logo area in the Grill work?? uhh! But still a good case.{as all Antec}Which are a copy of another Brand. Good luck enjoy your Holiday!
