Hi guys,

I was wondering how to set up a computer to have multiple OS's.

I know some of the basics like u need partitions stuff like that, and I don't want anyone to waste their time explaining the whole process to me because I know most of it. What I am looking for is a program that allows me to choose which start up I want.

And WindowsXP isn't one of the OS's

Im not even sure I will do it so if u know just point me in the right direction but don't waste ur time in this post. Im sure alot of people need alot more help on stuff than me http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif. Im just curious

To perform a multi boot the First thing you will need other than the O/S is a Boot loader.
NT boot loader for Win Nt,2k or Lilo or Grub from Linux

There are a number of other available .
They all allow you to select what OS to use at boot up.
They also allow an amount of configuration
that feature varies from one to another.

Just do a forum search and or a google search for Boot loaders

I've pointed this out in some other post, but you can use Ranish partition manager (http://www.ranish.com/part/) to create/manage partitions-you can also use it to hide/unhide primary partitions should you try to dual boot OS's like 95/98 or ME ( or even DOS ).
