shut down reminder

I am running xp home
How do get the computer to momentarily display a reminder when I shut down?
I specifically want it to say "Shut down the printer!"

I don't know if M$oft would write code for a guy and include it in a Windoz install or not. That would mean a lot of recalls. Or another patch.

Uncle Bill would probably tell a guy to tape a mesage on the front of the monitor.

Goto your " help and support " and type in shutdown-it has all the info you need to set up a dialog that a user will see when they shutdown.
