new motherboard AV11

Need some help.
Replaced aopen W/ 566 celeron
With a Shuttle AV11 Version 2 W/ 800
Pentium 111 coppermine
After installing everything
Will not boot
monitor says check video card
witch is a ATI all in wonder
Put it in twice to make sure
it was put in right
Any help?

Need more info please....Start from the beginning ...check all connection etc... Remove all card except video card
Boot into safe mode
Remove every thing from device mgr reboot and let machine detect...also check all jumper setting check device mgr for conflicts

also do you hear any beeping codes...What is the beeping sequence sound like?

It never booted..
nothing comes up on screen.
No beeping..
ihave the speaker pluguged in.

Also tryed vodoo 2000 card.
I hear the hard drive run just
its not the video card.
it`s supposed to be a
jumperless system.
