I agree with this 100%. Just look at Linux one of the best operating systems out there and for the most part free. Then take a look at Microsoft which has somehow convinced the world that we need to upgrade our operating systems and "bussiness software suites" every 2 years. Or else risk losing "support" for their buggie, crash prone, just-one-more-service-pack and mabey it will work software.

Software that can be modified by the end user and then have those "enhancments" shared is always going to be better.Than software that is built as a "black box" and the user must wait and pay for some company to address their problems.

Sounds like an interesting link, but I get an error message when I try to view the link. It opens on a Tech something window, but says the link isn't there. This is from my home system now, but I tried it earlier at work too without success.

Free is good though....
