Using Win2000 Professional, FIC Mother Board with K2 350 processor. No changes to system in over 4 months. Cold reboot of machine yesterday gave Memory Test Failure at BIOS/boot start. Using 128 DIMM, replaced with another 128 DIMM, no help. Obviously, Win2000 now gives BSOD if F1 to continue key is used. Before I strip the computer down to the bare bones and rebuild to troubleshoot, what are the likely suspects besides memory?

Check you Bios settings for ECC and or Parity checking.
If enabled change it to disable and see what happens.
If you don't have Parity ram the check will cause the error.
