What is a VPICD device? In DOS i am displayed this...what is this???
Does it have anything to do with the CD-rom drive? or not?

Remove and reinstall the CD ROM, might help, also you might look in system.ini and change MinFileCache=2048 to MinFileCache=4096 and see if it helps.
