lol to above... but hey guys..............

This Topic could have more aptly been titled "The Day from Hell"

but I won't bore you with all les petite details.......... suffice it to say that as the proverbial kid would feel on Xmas day without any toys under their tree... I was not a happy guy.

But, I can tell you that I am definitly getting them friday morning @ 6:00-am.

I can't tell you how sorry I am for this delay. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif

But instead of dwelling on why 'poor lil seannie' can't get what he wants when he wants it.. I should just be greatfull that I'm gettin what I'm gettin', whenever I get it...lol

so there you have it.

same plans as before, just postponed 2 days. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/eek.gif

B U M M E R !! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif Some days it doesn't pay to change your underware, ya know?

A few points to ponder while you wait:

...Would you rather get what's coming to you, or what you deserve?

...If you had everything you ever wanted, where would you put it?

...A guy told me, "Cheer up, things could be worse." I did. They were.

Keep on keepin' on. It'll all work out. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif

I echo TJay's "Bummer!" Thought of you several times yesterday afternoon with vicarious excitement.

Recent episode of Buffy had Anya responding to a question with, "Yes, I am expecting a HUGE Karmic reward any second now." Think that's what you're getting...a huge reward for something.

Enjoy.

PS...have been wishing fervently that Maryland was closer to New Mexico.

Sea: I recently bought "Upgrading and Repairing PCs for Dummies" and am sounding my way through it. (Just wanted you to know where I am coming from.)

Been to your home page several times and cannot find a "Vote here" link, or a "Things I might be willing to part with in exchange for your firstborn". Need better brain or maybe a secret decoder ring?

Along those lines, what's your address and when are you NOT going to be home??? And do you have a dog, alarm system etc? http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

I could probably be there in 20 minutes from where I live...a bit late, but congratulations on your acquisition...

Hey Sea,

So what's going on? I want a computer and I want it now! hehe

Would like to know how it's going and whether or not you have a computer for little old me. Your site doesn't tell me much.

Read your letter, Sea, and I am so sorry to hear that snags arose, but I swear to you that I didn't tell anyone about your good fortune except my husband, and we don't know any powers that be. Well, that's not technically true; we do know a former governor of this state...but we didn't tell him, I promise.

There should still be some way for you to do whatever you want to do with the windfall. Doesn't someone know a good website for free legal advice? Around here, lots of transactions (barter or cash) take place without any documentation.

That sucks...it's a shame that people are like that, I know a few myself...can't just be happy for someone else so they have to try to wreck it, but hey, you could always build a house out of computers instead of paying rent somewhere http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif so maybe it's better you're keeping them...

Ok, Bassvax, I clicked his link and the page came up with the 5/21/01 date on it. Tried clicking on other buttons but still could not find out what's going on. (I'm just a bonehead, I reckon)

Apparently though, from your post Bassvax, things are not coming together as planned. DAMMIT JIM!

Oh well, CSO has a nice looking system for approx $360.00. Only problem is integrated mobo, but hopefully the sound and video can be disabled. My good friend Ranchdog may come through with some goodies for me, too, so will just have to be patient. (Not one of my strong points http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif)

Edit: Ok, just caught up with the latest posts. My page is not being refreshed as it should. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/eek.gif I haven't checked my email at home for a few days. No doubt I have one from Sean waiting for me. (Recently bought a Winnebago, so have been busy tinkering. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif)

Cheers,
