my spanking new system.

hi all, well ive finished it, its working sweet, no serious problems to talk about only the modem.
it only took us 3 hours to get the modem to work, the computer picked it up as one make, so i installed the drivers for that make(6 version of drivers) and yes it didnt work.
i had to remove the modem, look at the name on the chipy looking thing, which was differant from the make the pc was picking up. at last got the pc to look at it, then it wouldnt dial out.
anyway after all the hassle my new pc.....it works. i know, you want to know my spec. well here goes.

spec:
gigabyte GA-7VTXE mobo (dual bios)
west, dig. 40G HD
athlon 1700xp
350Watt psu
silver mountain heatsink (very nice)
sound blaster live 5.1
Geforce 3 TI500
256DDR
and lots of little things.

thanks for that hiredgoonz, i did a lot of research for a good mobo for my needs, in all the reviews on sites i went to that little tit bit of info dont show. as in the above review, a jumper for the dual bios would help alot.
