We have all seen the dreaded "Forworded" e-mail. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif
Well
HERE (http://aolsvc.pcworld.aol.com/computercenter/aol/article/0,aid,75204,00.asp) is a news clip I saw this morning that was kind of interesting.
Some are rather funny (especialy #1), some sad. They include links to sites that have much greater detail for those interested in the history of E-mail hoaxes.
Enjoy http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/cool.gif

At one time or another, I have seen most of them go by. Wondered on some (one recently about calling a phone number) if I should pass the warning along..but others, like the 5 cent on email, you just know that is never gonna happen in America. Talk about peasants revolting! Most of the time I am too lazy..don't like forwarding anything, so have to copy/paste and often "clean up" message before sending it along.

yoda interesting, but not surprising. there seems to be a lot of 'spyware' progs about, some intentional and others 'accidental' in that the program produced, does it as part of another function.
Fact remains though that info is being collected & stored, and available for future retrieval, irrespective of prior intent.

Well, I guess when they come to check my shorts for skidmarks, I will have to remember to wash them with a little Fdisk. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif
