View Full Version : Washing the cat
How To Bathe A Cat:
1.. Thoroughly clean toilet.
2.. Lift both lids and add shampoo.
3.. Find and soothe cat as you carry him/her to the bathroom.
4.. In one swift move, place cat in toilet, close both lids and stand on
top, so cat cannot escape.
5.. The cat will self agitate and produce ample suds. (Ignore ruckus from
inside toilet, cat is enjoying this.)
6.. Flush toilet 3 to 4 times. (!) This provides power rinse, which is
quite effective.
7.. Have someone open outside door. Stand as far from toilet as possible
and quickly lift both lids.
8.. Clean cat will "rocket" out of toilet and outdoors, where he/she will
air dry.
Sincerely,
The Dog

Hi mjc,
Very good.
Never a dull moment in your household I bet http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif.
It would be the other way round in this household, the cat rules the three dogs http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif.

Cats are great, I have the scars to prove it...had to give my former cat some medicine (pills) it took 2 people...my vet hated that cat (the cat did bite him after a shot, so I understood)

Thanks for that mjc.
To change the subject slightly, another question.
1 Dropped toast always falls butter/marmalade side down.
2 A cat always lands on its feet.
Query which way up does a buttered cat land? http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif (assuming that the butter is on the cat's back)
Note: - experiments with a marmalade cat have so far proved inconclusive

Any system, however complicated, if looked at in exactly the right way, will become even more complicated.
That one was given to me by some very good friends who own several cats and two dogs...I would take any one of their cats over my dog any day of the week, but unfortunately my wife is allergic to cats...(and NO I do not even want to think about the ugliest pet imaginable...The Mexican Hairless Cat....)
