Lucias: Thanks, this is very nice and I will be passing it along.

As a "by the way"...does anyone know what causes the ">>>" stuff? I speculated at one point that it was because of different OS kind of thing..like MacIntosh to Windows. But I noticed once that I had some >>s in an email that I blind carbon copied to myself..and I don't use Mac and I don't hit the Enter key..use the word wrap...so?

looks like AOL mail D/L when i get attatchments from someone using AOL it always looks like that???
