Some of you my already know this, but I thought I would mention that "Leo Laporte" from the "Screensavers" TV show mentions in his book ( "Poor Leo's 2002 Computer Almanac")

I was just looking back in the Announcements forum to the date 11-8-2000. In a reply to Charles , Pete wrote:

As I look up at the top of the forum now, I see that the membership is quickly approaching 8,000 people!!! This is just amazing to me.
What I find the most amazing is that ( besides a whole lot of great members), Pete is still the only Moderator!
It is outstanding that this forum is still running so well with so many new members http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif - It just goes to show what a great group of people come here and what an outstanding job ixl and Pete have done to create this kind of atmosphere.
I wish I had put a reference to ixl/Pete in this topic so they would be sure to read the Leo Laporte thing, but I figure I would start driving people crazy with another post here.
Anyway- They deserve a lot a credit- And maybe some more help!
