Super Disk "freeze"

Hi:
I own a pc with SUPER DISK drive but i don't know why when i use the Super Disk,it freeze my system.By the way when i use a Normal Floppy Disk it works fine!!!
my pc is: Compaq Presario 5283 AMD 450 Mhz / OS Windows 98

First question, is it a particular superdisk, or any superdisk you try? Also, is this computer under warranty? If so, you might contact compaq, wouldn't want you to void the warranty.

Otherwise it could be a driver issue for the superdisk drive, you might uninstall and reinstall it.

RE:
1.- I have 2 superdisks and i try both (I mind two diskkettes)
2.- No is done
3.- I do! I get the drivers for Compaq but still the same probrem ONLY went use one superdisk. Went i use nomal diskettes (3.5")Works everything fine!
