CD-ROM no contents

i recently installed my cd-rom but after installation there is no tracks or any content in E:\
how can i solve this problem

Only thing I can think of is uninstall it and reinstall. Or maybe the drive hubs inside are dirty, which means the drive can't spin the disk, therefore the computer can't read it.
