If I put in a CD-rom the first time Windows Explorer displays the label+structure of this CD. When I get the first one out and put the second one in, Explorer still displays the label+structure of the first CD.
Refresh(F5) or Auto insert notification don't help. Also I installed software so that my CD-rom player can read copied CD-writables. This also isn't the solution.

My operating system is Windows 98 first edition and I have got a Aopen CD-rom player (MTRP 48 X).

Does somebody have an answer to my problem !?

I tried the CD-writer with auto-insert off. The writer has got the same problem. So I turned on auto insert for the cd-rom and the cd-writer.
Both are working good now, but I don't want auto-insert on.
It also has to work with the option turned off!!!

So I think it's a software problem !? Powerdesk does the same as windows
exporer. This program gives the same problem.

Does somebody have an answer please ?!

Can't think of a thing, you might have to live with auto-insert...Stay tuned, someone else might have a good idea...
