System: Pentium 133, 64M Ram, 2-2.4G HD's on Primary Ide, 12x cd-rom on the secondary ide. My burner is a Philips cdd2600 scsi, connected to an Adaptec scsi controller card.Win98.
Problem: I usually only burn only about every other month or so, occasionaly copy a cd, and both are USUALLY no problem. However, every now and then it will make two or three bad cd's in a row. I'm using Adaptec easy cd, it will do the whole test and show no problem, then it records the whole cd, again no problem, then it gets to the end, laser goes off but the program doesn't finish. At that point, the cd is not recognizable by any cd-rom, but you can see that it wrote to it, TOC maybe?
I guess I could make clocks out of them.
