If you answer yes to both of those questions, is USB support enabled in BIOS?

Soon as I come up with all the answers...they change the questions!!

Yes, two USB Ports on computer. I tried to install the software first (based on directions). I plugged in the webcam and the green light came on (I'm assuming due to power supply, meaning USB Port should be working??) With the webcam plugged in, the software still gave me the same message...

Setup is unable to locate a working USB Port on this system.

Paleo Pete - how do I check the BIOS for USB support enabled? I'm not familar with this. What am I looking for, what should I change?

Thanks
