Have you tried just the board, CPU, video card and RAM on a piece of cardboard?
Have you tried another video card?
What size power supply are you using?
Does anything power on? CPU fan, etc?

Ok I just replaced the board and still there is no video. I dosconnected the drives and all and still no boot. Could there be a problem linked to the Way LED's are hooked to the board? How about Jumper settings I went to
