Post WinXP transfer to win98 on LAN

Whenever I move a file to win98 from XP it's slow, or if I try to put a file on 98 from XP it's slow. But from 98 to XP is fine. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Question

Need a little more info than just your problem.

What kind of network are you using? DCC? Ethernet? Wireless ethernet?

Post back with a little more info on the situation and someone may be able to help diagnose your problem.
