    Talking What is on that?

I used to have only Windows98 on my hard drive. The hard drive is partitioned to C: and D:. I wanted to install Windows2000 on D:. I found there was some WINNT fold on it and over 200MB was occupied on D. I installed Windows2000 on D anyway. Now the two operating systems are getting along well. I have the choice to go to either of them at the bootup. My question is that what used to be on D.
    Thanks a lot.

Only NT and Windows 2000 will create a "winnt" folder by default. Since it had about 200MB of data it was an NT installation.
