So i have only one option "close" and after that it gets frozen with just walpaper on it. I tried to restore registry, or to go in safe mode but the same hapens. I have very important files so I have to back my PC in normal quickly.

Try booting up using startup disk. Have it go to dos prompt.
At the dos prompt type scanreg \fix, or you could just use Scanreg to see if there is a problem with the registry before trying to fix it.

    Question

I've already done that and nothing happened but the problem it seems is in explorer.exe. How can I fix it in MSDOS, because I can't go inside windows.
    Thanks
