Try booting up using startup disk. Have it go to dos prompt.
At the dos prompt type scanreg \fix, or you could just use Scanreg to see if there is a problem with the registry before trying to fix it.
I have a problem at starting windows. Since I've restarted my computer a mesage apears that explorer.exe caused error (details: explorer.exe). So i have only one option "close" and after that it gets frozen with just walpaper on it. I tried to restore registry, or to go in safe mode but the same hapens. I have very important files so I have to back my PC in normal quickly.

I've already done that and nothing happened but the problem it seems is in explorer.exe. How can I fix it in MSDOS, because I can't go inside windows.
