Post WINFAX Pro 9 WONT log sent faxes...

Up until 3 days ago my WIN FAX pro ver 9 logged ALL sent faxes in the SEND Log. Now it doesnt do that. Ive reinstalled the software still no logging of sent faxes--I need to log ALL of my sent faxes. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

    Thanks.

Is there an option in Options/Preferences to turn the log on/off or set its size? You may want to try copying and pasting the existing log into another document (WordPad/NotePad will work well) and then delete the existing log. You could also rename the existing file and then let it start over. I haven't used WinFax but I encountered a similar problem in other programs when the log file filled up.

    hi

mjc- is in the right area I think, is there a setting for the maximum amount you can save?

It make sense that if you have gone over the amount of allocated file space, then it won't have any room left to 'show' additional log entries.

Perhaps saving all past entries in another file.. keeping the file's target the same as it was(for all new entries). This way you would still have all your old ones, and room for your new .
