    Post Changing keys

In Word 2000, I would like to customize the keyboard such that the right Ctrl key becomes the delete key, the right Alt key becomes the Home key and right Shift key into the End key.

Going through Tools->Customize->Command tab->Keyboard shows a dialog box that only offer me to create keyboard shortcuts for certain actions. Even the All Commands option excludes the above 3 basic actions.

I also tried going through Control Panel->Keyboard, but the only things I can change are the speed, repeat and language settings.

How can I customize my keyboard to what I would like, be it in MS Office or Windows in general?
