We're experiencing a serious problem with our e-mail system. We have Exchange 5.5 running on a NT 4.0 server with McAfee GroupSheild 5.0. We never had any problem until the latest update of the scan engine 4.1.60, all of the e-mail attachments have been blocked, regardless of what extension they have. We have checked the settings of our systems, both the servers and workstations. We have set it to block certain file extensions, like usual, but not all. Please advise. Thank you.
