    Printer woes

    my Lexmark printer ran out of ink a couple of months ago so I bought a refill pack and filled it up,i then printed out a photo and it was fine,last night I went to print something out and the only colour that printing was blue.I took out the cartridge and steam cleaned it but its still the same.Can someone help
