    Welcome to

There are any number of reasons why you might be having trouble and we will need more info to be able to sort it out. Please note:

    System specs.
Any new hardware/software that you recently put in.
How long you have had the problem and whether it was working properly before.
Is this a new build or brand name computer or one you've used for a while?
What troubleshooting you have already done.
Some idea of how much you already know about working with computers so we have an idea of how complex the suggestions can be.
Any other info that might help us understand what is going on.

Here are the specs required to use WinXP:

    PC with 300 megahertz (MHz)
    or higher processor clock
    speed recommended;
    233-MHz minimum required;*
    Intel Pentium/Celeron family,
    AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family,
    or compatible processor
    recommended
    128 megabytes (MB) of RAM
    or higher recommended (64
    MB minimum supported; may
    limit performance and some
    features)
    1.5 gigabyte (GB) of available
    hard disk space.*
    Super VGA (800 × 600) or
    higher resolution video
    adapter and monitor
    CD-ROM or DVD drive
    Keyboard and Microsoft
    Mouse or compatible pointing
    device

You are barely making the cut here and it is likely that is part of the problem. It is possible that the webcam or its software are interfering also, have you checked in Device Manager for conflicts?

I take it you have been accessing the web on this computer adequately for a while and this just started? (not clear from the info you provided).

How much RAM are you using? It says 128, but a fair number of people have reported problems at that level and improve at 256.

Have you done any tweaking to make WinXP run more smoothly? It may be that the system just has too much going on background.

Do you have another browser you can try? Or can you download one on that other computer and try it? Since you are dialup, Opera is a nice compact alternative.

Are you running antivirus, spyware and trojan scanners? Are you running a firewall?

Again, more info would be helpful to help you.

Just because the connection is working on one computer does not mean it's working on another. I know this sounds silly but check all yopur settings to make sure your really connected.
Besides that Budfred is right about just making XP minimums, but that really should not matter when connecting to internet.
If you got XP up then you have enough to get connected. I had an old p166 that still got me online with no problems.
check the physical stuff and your isp connections.

I have this problem since I installed the software. However, no error (no conflict) are indicated by the pc. I have desinstalled the sofware and I'm still without solution. Do I need reinstall XP?

It might be worthwhile to run Repair from the WinXP CD to see if that fixes the problem.
