Compatibility thingie. Right-click executable file or shortcut > Properties > Compatibility tab. You can run it in 256 colors, 640 x 480, or choose from a list of previous Windows versions (95 on up). This ends up working well 95% of the time.
Ok, so it's not perfect, but it's a place to start.
I find those "oooooold games" run really fast on my 2+ GHz system with 1GB RAM and 128MB 3D vid card!![]()

Haha, this made me laugh! It makes sense that a DOS emulator would run very well on today's hardware
but I would have never thought of emulating a previous M$ OS on another M$ OS.
