I would bet a jelly doughnut you have some kind of spyware. there are almost No google hits and this is usually a bad sign.

I would download, install update and run Adaware

Create a permanent folder and download HJT from this site into the permanent folder.

Run HJT and save the log. Post the results here.

You must post the header from the log as it contains important information, including the version of HJT you are running.
You have a nice little filth farm going on here:

    1) Try to remove MyWay search Bar in the Add/Remove programs.

    2) Follow the instructions here to remove New.Net

    3) Close all open browser and Windows Windows and run HJT. Fix the following:

    O2 - BHO: myBar BHO - {0494D0D1-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL

    O2 - BHO: LBBHO - {EFD84954-6B46-42f4-81F3-94CE9A77052D} - C:\WINDOWS\lbbho.dll

    O3 - Toolbar: My &Search Bar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\UpdReg.EXE

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Aeoa] C:\Documents and Settings\natasha\Application Data\oarr.exe

Repost your log with header this time.

There are several more things that need attention, but I will wait for the header info to add them...

Bad news: Hijack THis cannot remove the checked boxes you told me to remmove. It keeps getting errors: Error #75: Path/Access error.

You get the #75 error when old backups are in the folder, probably from HJT 1.97... Either move HJT to a new folder or delete the backups and you should be able to do the fixes...

Okay, close all open windows and browsers, run HJT and mark/fix:

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...//www.yahoo.com
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...rch/search.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...//www.yahoo.com
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: LimeWire 4.0.6.lnk = C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire 4.0.6\LimeWire.exe
    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/04d6816...ip/RdxIE601.cab

This looks suspicious, unless you know it to be safe I suggest fixing it... It will restore if you go back to the site again...

    O16 - DPF: {288C5F13-7E52-4ADA-A32E-F5BF9D125F98} (CR64Loader Object) - http://www.miniclip.com/bestfriends/retro64_loader.dll

Then boot to Safe Mode and remove these... Check Add/Remove Programs first, but just find and delete if they are not there:

    C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
    C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire 4.0.6\LimeWire.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\NDrv.exe

You badly need to update WinXP and IE to SP1 with all critical updates... Reboot and do that...

Then reboot and post a fresh log...

I will, but the computer is shared and has Limewire, KazaA, and iMesh, so I guess this will come back. I do not really care too much about the computer the adware is on, because my hp a650y is coming in a week. Also, my sisters NEVER let me reboot mainly because of downloading music and aol.

I suggest you make the case with the others who use that computer that they need to clean it up or be EXTREMELY careful about typing ANY important information into it since it is likely that someone is recording every keystroke... Enter credit card info and say goodbye to your credit rating....

Your sister is likely to keep having trouble if she keeps loading crapware on her system... There are safer alternatives for that vermin laden stuff.... Look here for options:

Except for Limewire, the log is clean for now... give it a few days and it will probably be infected again if you/your sister keep using dirty programs.... I think it has already been said, but your WinXP and IE desperately need to be updated...
