virus hoax

Just got this email from a friend:

We just received an e-mail that said we might have a virus
that is spread from address book to address book. It is
apparently undetectable by Norton and McAfee. It remains
dormant for abut 14 days then activates and wipes out the
hard drive data. When I checked my hard drive, I did find
the virus and successfully deleted it.

It was in C:\Windows\Command\
and is named sulfnbk.exe

Delete it (ignore the Windows warning) and then delete it from the
recycle bin.

The file does exist on win95/98 machines and is required.
