Using a BLUETOOTH headset on a computer

I use a BLUETOOTH headset (Plantronics - M2300) with my mobile whilst driving and have the following question.

Is it possible to use this bluetooth headset to talk on my computer? (For example - "verbally" talking to other with MSN Messenger as opposed to using seperate Mike and headphones)

(If I purchased a Dongle to connect the headset to the computer)

Is/would it be easy to set up using Win98se and Xp?

This is the dongle I am thinking about - http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=84075
