potential conflict with AdAware & downloaded music

I have used Spybot, AdAware and Hijack This on my previous OS installation - didn't think there were any problems until I tried to play some music I had downloaded from Walmart.com. I had "authorized" it before but couldn't play it. When I called Walmart.com support they asked if I had used Spybot and suggested, without explaining, that this was the problem with the authorization on my downloaded tracks. They reauthorized the tracks for me and I've since upgraded to WinXP SP2. I haven't run any of the spyware programs recently, but I'd like to without damaging my tracks.

Does anyone know if this is a valid problem and what I could do to get around it?

    Thanks,
    Kim

I suggest going to the Spybot forum to ask about this... It is pretty specialized...
