    Dell Inspiron 3800, two batteries just went dead, wont recharge.

    Hello,

    My Dell Inspiron was working ok........then suddenly batteries went dead.
    They won't recharge, but the laptop works fine with the wall adapter.

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
