    Post New Security Alert!

Hello, Everyone: I just got this New Alert and thought i would pass it along! I dont mind mentioning that i am a little worried about downloading these Patch's that DO NOT have a Uninstall to them. I am always thinking that the patch may have a flaw, and I wont be able to correct it once i download! Am i being Paranoid and is it just me that feels that way. Anyone please let me know, Thanks Tom PS: here it is>>> http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tre...n/ms02-023.asp

Sure, there may be a flaw in the patch, but there are (at least) six flaws with your software right now. What's the best solution?

    Opera.

If you go to the following link you will be able to download and save in a folder somewhere on your HDD and install the patch at your leasure, instead of MS installing it directly from their update site. Not sure if you will be able to un-install by doing it this way. If possible try to make an image of some sort of your HDD\partition before installing just to be on the safe side
