    Scam Or Not?

    Hi all

I have this Software called GSP 3D Home Desighner and ive recently been having problems with it.
So i contacted the GSP Technical Support via email and they replied back to me with several fixes for the problem so i tried the patches (which was the apparently the fixes) they sent me but it did not work so the Software Support Engineer for GSP said he would send me the better Deluxe version of 3d Home desighner which then i asked him will i have to pay for it and he said this -

NO NO, no costs mate... do not fret, we lok after our customers... Throw me your address, and that\'ll be with you by monday. Kind regards James Chivers Software Support Engineer Global Software Publishing (GSP) Ltd

Do you think this is some sort of scam or something as it is the website for problems it displays on the back of the software?
    Thankyou.

he said he would get the software to me by monday.
Any way i dont think they can charge me for anything as i havent sighned anything or given out my bank details,Not even my name.
I only gave them my house address.

If the site is legit, I would have no reason to doubt the Engineer is not trying to make things right with you. The alternative would be to have you return the product as defective and they would lose the sale altogether...

I say give them a chance. If this correspondance was via e-mail you might want to make sure you save it.
Believe it or not, in this day and age there really are 100% legit companies out there that will bend over backwards to make the customer happy, I work for one. Everybody has no choise when entering the building, but to see a 4'X4' sign that reads, "IF WE DON'T MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY, SOMEONE ELSE WILL".

If you went to the website that is on the back of the software package, then it shouldn't be a problem.

It's a sad day when we all become suspicious because a company actually does the right thing.

And we were all thinking it, not just you AMD.
