    Recieving emails twice!

Recently I have begun to recieve duplicate emails from some of my contacts. It does not seem to matter which ISP that they use. I am on Comcast with Outlook 2003 as my setup. They are sent to the same primary email address and they say they are only pushing the button once. I even recieve the same one three times on a few occasions.
    Why?

There is a setting in Outlook that will allow you to remove emails from the server after download, or leave them on the server. This is useful when you want to get the same emails to 2 different computers, such as work and home. If they're left on the server, your client may recognize them as new mail and download again.

Do you get the emails multiple times on a simple "send/receive," or do you get a second copy the next time you get new mail? If that's the case, you can change the settings in your account configuration through Outlook.

Well I did have on leave a copy on the server and I do have all of the updates and i haven't yet recieved any mail from the folks where I recieve the dups but why would it only duplicate some yet not all that come to that mail address?

This happens to some other people as well that aren't using Outlook.
