I hope you can help me.

Following a crash I was able to get everything working again except I cannot access Microsoft, (for updates etc) Google .co.uk. (search) Mcaffee.co.uk (for security) Ebay.co.uk. Wanadoo etc through either Firefox or I.E. and various less important sites.

I thought it was a spyware problem and contacted MWR (Spot Check Billy) and I am not confident ALL spyware has been removed. They were very helpful.

MWR (spot Check Billy) suggested I approach you to see if you had any suggestions.
