As to the spam fines link I believe spammers ought to do time at least two years if caught. Now on to the Spying on what you see this guy is just a little toooo paranoid, Needs to get out of the compound just a little more often. But interesting reading.

the refected light being read and used is old teck they could do this 10 years ago.but not every one could a ford a cray to do it with.
this new version is scary as any low buget third class goverment agency can now use this.
