    Red face HDD External / A problem occured during instlaation

    hi all , iam having a big problem i have unpluged my hdd without unmounting it , then the next time i pluged it i found a message saying"a problem occued during instllation your new hardware " , i dont found the hard drive in the "desk mangment" , please heeeeeeeelp i need the data very much

    You might want to try accessing the drive directly from the mobo after removing it from its enclosure. If there are still problems with seeing it then you might want to try recovery software such as GetDataBack from www.runtime.org.
