I don't think there would be any problem with that as long as you give credit to the developers (there may be a copyright statement at the bottom of the page).
I wnat to use a "free" website template from a site and there says"
You are free to use the design templates for personal or commercial 'end use' only, which includes end use on behalf of a client for their website etc.
This does not allow you to simply transfer the design to a third party"
what does that mean ... "end use" ...
What I want tu put on my site, is an offert on some products which I want to sell. Not e-payment, just the products, the price, and the address of the firm.

Basically it means you are free to use the software but not sell it or promote it as your own.
I am also moving this to a more appropriate forum.
I understand, anyway since I know to work a bit in Dreamweaver, ofcourse, I will modify quite much the template in order to adapt it to my view of the website.
and do I have to state somewhere on the site that copyright statement ?
If the terms are no more complex than what you have stated, you do not have to give credit. Like assey says, the template, as you find it, might include some statement - this is something that you may not want to modify away.
