Problem with downloading SpyBot Updates

Hello:

Have AVG Free, Spyware Blaster, SpyBot, and Ad Aware on my Acer Desktop and I have been having a problem downloading updates for SpyBot -- for some reason it just goes on for hours and hours and then when I try to cancel download after 4 hours, my system gets hungup and I have to turn the desktop off. Help or suggestions, please. Firefox is my browser. Thanks.

Choose a different server to download the updates from. SaferNetworking#2 is my first choice.

Choose Updates, check the updates, then click the right side of the download server button to choose a server.
