Hello once again, I have compiled my specifications for my next computer and now I am ready to make a purchase. There is just one more thing I have to do; I need to make sure that everything is compatible and worth the total cost. This compile list of information doesn't include the cost of the case, already purchased, regret the plastic piece of ****! Todays release of the 320mb 8800gts does want me change the fact that I am still getting the 8800gts 640mb unit. It is only $60.00 more... But all criticism is allowed about my next build, so happy talk.

Hi the only problem with your computer is the power supply. I mean seriously you should have went with a great brand like TT or Antec. A power supply that is not powerful enough for a system can seriously strain it and eventually ruin the components. Yeah you'll probably get away with it with just that one graphics card, but if u plan to add a second you are not going to be able to. Or even just one 8800gtx would kill that thing. I would suggest this bad boy:

Thanks but No thanks, I have read other forums and read that my psu is great. There is nothing wrong with it. I know if I want sli I will have to upgrade but I trashed that plan. The real reason for this is the cost. I really cannot spend more money than $1700. I would grab the gtx over the sli system anytime, but not enough cash. The reason I am not going sli is because I learned that $400 isn't worth it for a 10% performance boost. Also, since I am not going sli should I get a different board.

That PSU may be adequate but it is not great!

That RAM is very good but are you sure that RAM will work on that motherboard the P965 chipset is very picky about memory timings and voltages. The i975X chipset is not as picky, maybe you should look at the Asus P5W DH Deluxe/WiFi AP I ordered one for a new PC for my daughter.
