    Sound Card issue

I recently bought a cheap($35), well reviewed sound card from Newegg.
    link:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102002
It worked fine for a few weeks, then began to act weird:
Sometimes, when I restart my computer, or leave it on overnight, It will not detect the sound card. When I click on sound (in control panel), it will say "No audio device", and I will have no sound. Today, i was listening to music. I restarted my computer, and it could not detect the card. The card was working less than a minute before. As soon as I restarted it stopped working. Restarting (again) usually fixes it.
I have uninstalled an reinstalled the latest drivers already, but it didn't fix the problem.

    Help is greatly appreciated.
