Sound Blaster Live! Value under 4 speakers in Win 9x

So my Creative Sound Blaster Live! Value supports up to 4 speakers.
This works easy in NT/2000/XP as it has the AudioHQ
However, i cant find a version compatible with Win9x
and i cant get it do give sound to all 4 speakers
    only 2.
    how can i fix this?

Easiest way for us to help you is if you take out your sound card and look at the model # on it, I've provided an example.

Look at the top left in the white text.

I think all Creative sound cards have this. Once you find out the model #, google it.
