How to get the HP Pavilion XP MX50 Pc Monitor Built In Mic To Work

How do you get the built in Mic to work for the HP Pavilion Xp system. Its located on the top of your computer screen if you have the MX50, MX90, and the MX70 screens. I had it working before I rebooted my computer and updated it to the new version of Windows XP Home Edition. But it was working perfectly fine before I did that and know it want work and I used it for Recording my music and all someone please help me.

go to HP, see if there is a driver for it...
