Very slow computer

My computer has been running very slowly especially loading up web pages. I have done a defrag & disk cleanup. I have included a Hijackthis log.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am also sorry for the delay. I was out of town and haven't had time to do the combofix yet.

In the meantime, I thought I might mention a couple of other things going on. Our cable/internet service recently changed from Insight to Comcast, which changed my anti-virus from CA to McAfee. I looked in running processes and there are about 8 McAfee things running. It also runs every time I turn on the computer, even though I set it to run at 4 am on Friday.

I also recently tried to install a wireless router for my sons' laptops, but this computer was plugged into the router (no wireless card). I had problems with it working, so I went back to our old router. As far as I know, this computer is the only one with the slow connection.
