Your chipset is technically capable of handling that vid card (or any PCIe vid card for that matter) but your mobo needs to have a PCIe x16 slot and your PSU needs to be powerful enough to handle a gaming-class vid card.
Also, if don't already have that vid card and are intending to buy it, you should know that there are far cheaper, more powerful, and less power-guzzling vid cards available today. If you have a 7900 GT laying around, it will certainly handle rFactor just fine. But a Radeon HD 4670 beats a GeForce 7900 GT by a long shot - and it uses half the power!
