Ok, i use the 1/4 inputs to plug in my headphones (one mic, one headphones) and for some reason i cannot hear anything out of it or talk through it. I use the magic jack for talking on the phone and it isnt working. Where can i go into my computer to check and see if it is working.

volume control > options > properties > select RECORDING > ok
play with the mixers for your recording devices, then go back to PLAYBACK.
