...This card was inserted in a Mac that's dead now: pcmcia 2.3 and pc card standard (this's what it says at the back-top-right corner). It seems ok, no dirty contacts nor rust.
I've an eBuddy notebook running xp & Puppy Linux in a frugal-dual-boot configuration, it has an empty slot for a pc-card but I don't know what possible uses I might give that port nor the card.
I'm in need to increase memory (RAM) & it occurred to me that if this card has some to spare I might use it for those purposes. I've done some web-research but with very meager results.
Does anybody can give some info about the card in question &/or the slot in the notebook?
