Sounds like there is some kind of IRQ conflict.
If you didn't already I would install one card at a time, install drivers and verify it runs properly, then shutdown and install the next one.
I'm trying to help someone with their micro-ATX board, where there are 2 PCI, 1 PCIe x16, and 1 PCIe x1; all are filled except one of the PCI slots.
The computer has no other problems whatsoever; in device manager (in XP) the hardware is there, listing as "Multimedia Video controller" for each, and each of these cards is known to work.
But either drivers fail to install, or where they do install, the application that runs the expansion card states "device not ready" and to check if it is properly installed...
Does anybody recognize what might be happening here?
Thanks!
